	David Cournoyer, Chairman and founding member of ZAP CEO, Quatral Solutions   David Cournoyer believed from the beginning the importance of a wireless Internet access such as the Public Access Zone. That's why he participated in its foundation and ensures the quality of service throughout the Eastern Townships. Mr.Cournoyer is president and CEO of Quatral Solutions, a Sherbrooke based company specializing in information technology. In addition to serving its clients since 2003, he received a BA in computer management and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has accumulated numerous awards, merits and commercial success during his career.
	Jean-Nil Gagnon, Treasurer Chartered Accountant, Jean-Nil Gagnon John Gagnon Nile brings considerable accounting expertise to our organization. He did not hesitate to invest in the Public Access Zone of Sherbrooke since its founding. Mr. Gagnon has founded his own firm of chartered accountant and has many years of experience in accounting, assurance and taxation. He is recognized for the quality of its services and for his great concern for a job well done.
	Thérèse Morin, Secretary Socio-economic revitalization officer, CDEC de Sherbrooke Thérèse Morin is very active in the Public Access Zone of Sherbrooke. With her dynamism and creativity, she brings to our organization a nice dose of energy! Ms. Morin is an officer for the Socio-economic revitalization CDEC de Sherbrooke. She is known for its rigor and organizational skills; great qualities that also allow ZAP to experience a harmonious development.

	Benoit Des Ligneris, Administrator and founding member of ZAP CEO, Revolution Linux Benoit Des Ligneris is responsible for the architecture and the smooth operation of the network of the Public Access Zone of Sherbrooke. He holds a Ph.D. in physics at theUniversity of Sherbrooke and a post-doctorate (in "Distributed computing") at the “École Polytechnique de Montreal”. In 2004 he also founded Revolution Linux, an enterprise services company specializing in free software.
	Bruno Lacasse, Administrator and founding member of ZAP ITS Director, Bishop's University  Bruno is fully involved in the organization since its foundation in order to give people of the Eastern Townships the best wireless Internet access in Quebec. Mr. Lacasse is the ITS Director at Bishop's University and has extensive expertise in information technologies.
	Jocelyn Pilon, Administrator and founding member of ZAP Director of Infrastructure Technology, University of Sherbrooke Jocelyn Pilon participated in the elaboration of the Public Access Zone since its inception. He has extensive experience in implementing technology infrastructure in universities and hospitals. Mr. Pilon is director of technology infrastructure to University of Sherbrooke.
	Nathalie Prince, Administrator Director - Industrial Development, Sherbrooke Innopole Nathalie Prince is on the board of directors of the Public Access Zone since June 2010. Her vast network of contacts and expertise in economic development are important assets for our organization. Ms. Prince is director of the local development of Sherbrooke Innopole and is known to have at heart the success of organizations in the Eastern Townships.
